1) Use of Apex250

Apex250 is a GPS-based timing and leaderboard platform for eFoil and watersports riders. By using the Apex250 app or website, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for using Apex250 only where it is safe, legal, and appropriate to do so.

2) Safety disclaimer

• You are responsible for your own safety and for following local laws, waterway rules, and event rules.
• Always keep proper distance from swimmers, boats, other riders, wildlife, and obstacles.
• Do not look at or operate the app in a way that distracts you while riding.
• Use suitable safety equipment and ride within your ability, conditions, and equipment limits.

3) GPS accuracy and timing

Apex250 uses GPS data and timing logic to detect and calculate runs. GPS quality can be affected by phone hardware, external GPS hardware, signal conditions, water spray, body position, nearby objects, weather, and operating system limitations.

Timing, speed, distance, routes, automatic run detection, country flags, and leaderboard placement may contain inaccuracies or may fail to record in some situations.

4) Leaderboards and fair use

• Leaderboards are intended for fair comparison between riders.
• We may review, adjust, hide, or remove runs that appear invalid, manipulated, unsafe, offensive, duplicated, or technically incorrect.
• We may remove offensive usernames, inappropriate profile information, or abusive activity.
• Apex250 results are for fun, training, and community competition. They should not be treated as official race results unless an event organizer explicitly says so.

5) Accounts and deletion

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.

You can delete your Apex250 account in the app via Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the app, use apex250.com/delete-account.

6) Availability and changes

We may update, change, pause, or discontinue parts of Apex250 at any time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

7) No warranty and limitation of liability

Apex250 is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, injury, equipment damage, lost data, incorrect results, missed runs, or other damages resulting from use of Apex250.
